I’m on Flight 1350, en route from Austin to St. Louis, sharing a Finlandia vodka/tonic and a bag of Thai curry cashews with Bonnie, the seatmate to my left. On my right is Tom, a 50-something business man currently doubled over in hysterics from the dirty joke I just told him.
Just another day in my life. Motivated by adventure and unique new connections with interesting people, I savor every day of my life.
I started SavorMyLife.com as a venue to share these passions of food and human connection with the general Internet public.
So, on to the site. What’s this all about? Here’s a quick little tour:
With Free Cooking Lessons, I show you my own crowd-pleaser recipes and tips through how-to videos, recipes, and blog posts.
In the Reviews & Interviews section, readers/watchers can go with me as I explore new food locales across the country. This includes short meal reviews and photos, all the way to in-depth chef interviews and kitchen tours.
Finally, the Products section includes foods and kitchen tools I actually use and recommend. Everything from upscale cheese and chocolate to the latest gadget to save cash and make cooking easier. And a few toys here and there.
All food reviews and recipes are meatless, as I is a vegematarian.
I love that you’re here to share this with me. Now dig in!
